Free watch diagnostics
Anyone can take their watch for free diagnostics to our service center. The main requirement is that the watch be a model of the brand that our company officially represents in Ukraine. Also, you must have a warranty card with the seal of an authorized dealer with you, even if this is not a warranty case. 
Diagnostics is carried out by certified masters within a few working days. In rare cases, the timing of diagnosis, due to the complexity of the watch mechanism, may be increased. You can return the product at any Crystal Group store. After the diagnostics, the client will be informed of the results and cost of future work. Please note that the diagnostic itself is absolutely free, but sometimes, in some cases, in order to collect the watch and ensure the safety of the mechanism before the client decides to repair, it may be necessary to perform certain service work that require certain costs, please take this into account. Also, please note that warranty cases are serviced first.
